We use a circuit system because it is the best way to boost your metabolism and avoid the repetitive stress injuries that are common at other facilities. Our proven cardio system is a unique and more effective version of interval training. This type of cardio training will greatly boost your metabolism long after your workout - for up to 36 hours! Sixty minutes of traditional cardio WILL NOT boost your metabolism AFTER your workout. Each cardio machine offers between 25-30 resistance levels. You can work out at a gentle pace, or at a greatly challenging one. It's Easy on Your JointsWe have the finest, low impact European cardio machines. The Boredom is GoneWe use a variety of machines in our cardio training system to reduce repetitive stress injuries, and work different muscle groups. You use each machine in the cardio circuit for two and one half minutes each. There is a thirty second rest period in between. Our free workouts will show you just how effective our system can be! NANO*BOOSTRev up your metabolism with Multiform's newest innovation. Our optional NANO*BOOST system takes cardio to another level. For intermediate or advanced users. A special cardio upgrade that will boost your metabolism even higher than our Basic Interval Training. The resistance changes every 30 seconds.
