Our evaluation process is performed by Nationally Certified Personal Trainers and has three phases to ensure your success. We analyze your exercise data, body composition, and lifestyle.

Exercise Data Analysis
Phase One
We have a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer analyze your exercise data from the resistance and cardio circuits using our Wellness System. The Wellness System allows us to see the exact progression of your resistance on the resistance circuits, and your distance and resistance on our cardio circuit. We can then determine the next course of action to take in order to achieve your goals in your time frame. It is vitally important to be able to track progress in this manner. If you perform the same resistance week after week, your body will cease to adapt from the exercise.

Body Composition Analysis
Phase Two
We use a medical grade body composition scale. Unlike most body composition scales, ours does not use an equation to guess your results. Our InBody 520 uses three different frequencies of electronic impulses. Not to worry―our InBody 520 is absolutely safe and you will never feel the electronic impulses. Then, to calculate your readings, it divides your body into five separate segments―your torso and four limbs. It measures intra and extra cellular water to not only make sure you are hydrated, but also to ensure you have the proper balance of water. The 520 is so accurate that it can determine if one limb is stronger than the other.
Lifestyle Analysis
Phase Three
We use a lifestyle evaluation form that will help us determine if there is anything you are doing outside of Multiform Fitness that will keep you from your desired results. The lifestyle evaluation will track your energy level, mood, sleep, focus, self-esteem, and the progress of any aches or injures you may have had.
